Family Healthcare is located in sunny St. George, Utah and is committed to the health care of individuals and families of our community regardless of race, creed, or social status. We were established in 2002 and had 1,972 patient visits our first year. This year, we expect over 23,000 patient visits! In June 2009, we opened our second site at Millcreek High School in partnership with the Washington County School District and the Intermountain Healthcare Foundation. In June 2010, we were asked to operate the Cedar City Community Clinic in partnership with the Intermountain Healthcare Foundation. In June 2011, we moved our main site to our present location at 25 N 100 E, St. George, expanding from 9 to 15 exam rooms! We provide safe, comprehensive, and timely health care and follow-up services for all patients regardless of financial or other barriers. Services are provided in a proficient, compassionate, and linguistically and culturally competent manner. Prevention, health education, and linking patients with needed resources are an intergral part of our clinical process. Continuous outreach is consistently conducted, especially to the target populations. At-risk patients are encouraged to take steps to become self sufficient. Employees are considered Family Healthcare's most valuable asset. Our providers are highly trained and nationally certified and have become proficient in many areas of medical care. Our staff is experienced and skilled and most are fluent in English and Spanish. All are dedicated to providing comprehensive, continuing health care to individuals and families in need of services. Teamwork is essential and desirable. Family Healthcare has become a key link in the primary health care system in Washington and Iron Counties and is part of the solution to the problems of access to health care for people in St. George, Cedar City, and surrounding communities.
