Family Healthcare accepts patients with no insurance or who are self pay.  We offer reduced rates (on a sliding fee scale) based on your family size and income.

As an example, if you have 4 family members and your family income is below $22,350 a year, you would pay $25 per visit.  If you have 4 family members and your family income is between $22,351 and $33,525 you would pay $40 per visit, etc.

We'll need you to bring identification and proof of income on your first visit so that we can determine where you fall on the sliding fee scale.

We offer same day or next day appointments, which makes seeing a doctor very convenient when you need one!
